St.John Ambulans Malaysia NO.3 Combined Cadet: Last Activity Of The Year 2012

11-7-2012, the last day of activity for St John No3 CC, so it must be fun so that everyone who attended would have a great day!

Thank them for attending our last activity!

Although both of the Malay teacher is fasting, they had attended our activity!

First, all the members were divided into 7 groups where each group where there's a group leader from the AJK leading each team.

Then we start our activity by warming up. Warming up is important before doing any activity to prepare the muscles and joints for more intense activity helps prevent injury, as well as promoting circulation. Warm-up exercises increase the temperature of the body, making the muscles more flexible and receptive to strenuous activity.

There's 3 station for our games today. The first station is where the group members have to build a bridge by bending their bodies to from a upside down U-shape. Then the last person at the end will have to crawl through the tunnel formed by the other members and that guy will have to continue forming the bridge in front and the last person behind will start to crawling to the front. The team won when the they reached the ending point faster than the other team.

Hey! I'm the station head here! 8)

The next station is at the canteen where the group members will have to run around the school 1 round and back to the canteen for the poles. They have to climb over the poles!

The last station is our physical test. The team had to do sit-up and bumping based on the number on the paper they had drawn from the head of the station.

The amount of activities can be x2 or /2 depending on whether winning or losing in paper scissors stone

After that, it's finally the recess time! Everyone went to the canteen and many bought the yoyo-ice sold by the school band at price of RM2. It was delicious, and refreshing after all the activities done!

And finally our last activity after a 30 minutes break.
Each team has 12 members and 13 chairs are provided.
The last person at the end will have to pass the empty chair beside him to the front.
During the game, there will be "sharks" to snatch away your chairs~ So be caution!
