How To Perform CPR

These are steps how to perform CPR:
1)Assess the situation, whether the area is dangerous or not.
2)Ask the casualty to know whether they are conscious or not, example "Sir, sir, can you hear me?". Then say, "I'm a St John certified First Aider, may I help you?". Next, tell the bystanders to call 911.
3)Next, press the casualty's shoulder with great force, to check for response.
4)If no response, check for pulse, then check for breathing.
5)If no pulse or breathing, start giving mouth to mouth resuscitation (CPR).
6)Blow 2 times, then continue do 30 times chest compression.  30 times per cycle.
7)Do it for 5 cycles.
8)After casualty show response, check injured or recovery position.
