A TRIANGULAR BANDAGE

A BROAD BANDAGE
- Made by bringing the point down to the centre of the base , and folding the bandage again in the same direction.
- For limb above Knee cap ( Patella )

A NARROW BANDAGE
- Made by folding the broad bandage once again in the same direction.
- For limb below Knee cap ( Patella ) *Knee cap is not included.

SIMPLE BANDAGING
- Arm Sling
- Elevation Sling
- Foot Bandage
- Hand Bandage ( Palm )
- Hand Bandage ( Fist )
- Head Bandage

Be sure that you check casualty blood circulation. 
Ways :
a ) Pinch their fingers
- Pinch , Off. Pinch , Off.

b ) Ask the casualty.

Today's activity in class is ok. But for kawad please be more serious. We are going to be stricter for improvement. So everyone pls co-operate with us :) And do ur best!! Make St.John's reputation's higher!! We must be better!!

18.2.12 ~ 2nd activity of this year 2012 .!
So this year will be more solutions and things and there will be 3 groups (because a lot members and can teach better :) So we come up with this solution __
Group A- Members who wants to take part in the exam.
Group B- Members who doesn't want to take part in the exam.
Group C- Qualified members.
Today's activity can be said to be successful~ I really hope that members don't come for the sake of coming only~ pls cooperate with us and enjoy the activity from the bottom of ur heart :3 . ST.JOHN MUST BE THE BEST BADAN BERUNIFORM!!!!YEAHHH! Gayao everyone to make st.john better ! :DD
